Construction work as a service
In addition, we offer you as the owner of a site or property the classical services of a general planner and contractor, all from a single source. We thus create added values for you. This is managed by our in-house planning and construction department. At a fixed price.
When actual construction work is involved, our own construction department enables us to cover the entire spectrum of work concerned. Specifically, this includes:
- experience with standard building specifications from Germany’s major retailing companies.
- putting out to tender, supervising and drawing up accounts for the construction work.
- drawing up the planning documents and modification specification together with the tenant.
- carrying out the individual measures concerned, if at all possible without interrupting the tenant’s business operations (or with minimised closure times).
- defining and carrying out property/location-specific construction strategies or property modernisation and sales area expansion with the tenant.
- A separate internal department for quality assurance as result monitoring. We also offer this for third parties.
We particularly pride ourselves on completing properties to the maximised standard of qualitative excellence that’s possible today. For this purpose, all our properties are also validated by accredited certification agencies like TÜV und DEKRA, plus sworn expert appraisers.
Looking for can-do partners!
We are seeking strong, competent partners for handling our construction projects from the shell, the outdoor facilities, the technical building equipment, all the way through to the interior fitting and fixtures. We offer our partners regional or supra-regional cooperation; also in the form of framework agreements for several construction projects per calendar year. We are also quite prepared to conclude call-off contracts with you one year in advance.
